- Food will have to be bought on the day itself, so I will need some helpers in the shopping. If everyone has the mindset that all is ready for you and come in the late afternoon then we can have a delivery buffet already(:
- Please help to bring rags/food tongs/drinks to save costs.
- The total cost of the food will be split up amongst everyone present. Therefore please BE PREPARED and bring some cash along. No credit cards accepted.
- I will be off to Orchard in the morning to handle some admin matters so if there's anything please ask my parents. Will be back around 12.30pm.
- Nothing has been prepared/planned beforehand (ESPECIALLY THE FOOD), so if you like please TAKE THE INITIATIVE and gather some people to plan certain areas of 'work' (ie. shopping for food, day's activities)
- For anyone who intends to stay overnight, FYI: about 1-2 rooms will be allocated for us only.
