To all guides going for guides annual camp '09:

Pls download and print out the 2 documents shown below. The first document is a consent form for the annual camp which has to be signed by your parent or guardian and submitted to the guiders on the day of the camp itself, 29 December 2009. The second is a health form which all campers will need to complete and submit to their patrol leaders (in guides not camp patrols) by latest next Monday, 28 December 2009.

This is important as we need to take note of those campers who require special arrangements. Please take note that these 2 forms are essential and needs to be completed and handed in by the given deadline. Please also confirm your attendance for the camp with your patrol leaders as soon as possible.

For those who have just came back from overseas, get in touch with your patrol leaders and confirm your attendance for the camp. If you are going overseas, try to inform your patrol leaders earlier so that they are aware.

For the PLs and PS-s (in camp patrols) pls work well with your patrol and standardize all items as soon as possible. Work hard for the campfire item too! And give your 110% for the camp!

Packing of the store went well (:

Although the stores were dusty and there were a lot of things to pack, i'm happy that everyone played their part to pack them.
It may have been a fustrating process but with everyone working together, it was made fruitful.
Thank you everyone for helping out
