Guides Carnival 2009

Dear Guides,
Guides Carnival is tomorrow and there are some informations and H1N1 preventive measures that we hope you guys would stick to.

Attire: Light blue guides polo t-shirt with Guides skirt & Belt (with buckle)
Assemble Time: 0700 at Cedar Foyer
(Transportation will be provided to Guides HQ. )

Some gentle remainders:

• Remember to bring Consent form, Thermometer(ODTs).
• If you have been to H1N1 affected areas in the past 7 days and those who have close contact with the confirmed case , Please quarantine yourself and do not attend the guides carnival.

Things to note:

• Lunch will not be provided as you will be buying food from the stalls using the coupons.
• It is compulsory for the guides to stay for the carnival from 0730 to 1600, unless there is a valid reason. (For eg. Parent's letter)

Sec 3s-4s: (Some of us have been wondering what will we be doing there,)

• Running the stalls
• Being the cashiers
• Participating in other activities
• Keeping yourself entertained with the games and activities at the carnival

We're glad to see all of you took the lead in Brownies Revel today. It may be the first external event organised by all of you but we could see the hardwork and effort you've put in to make the event successful.

We hope you'll remember all the things we have said.
